Conditions of Use

Orders are sent out within three to five working days by Royal Mail post.
 

Orders are packed and sent out in the order that they are received. There is no jumping of the queue as this is unfair to other customers.

If you have placed an order and not paid for it, it will remain in the system until it is paid for, it will then go out in order, it does not jump the queue once you have paid for it.

Payment can be made by phone, cheque or on-line. However be aware if you place an order and do not pay it will not get sent out to you and then you may have to wait 7 working days from the date that you actually do pay for it.

We cannot offer a next day delivery under any circumstances please allow enough time to receive your order.

If you have a general query about your order you can phone or e-mail us but please quote your invoice number.
It would be helpful if you can phone after 2 p.m. with queries.

Parcels are not late until at least 10 days have passed from the order date.

Please always check with your local Royal Mail sorting office first before contacting us as very often the parcel is waiting for you to collect it.

If your order is late and not at your sorting office after a full 10 days have passed then please contact by email Frank Dowdall
Please allow 48 hours for a response not including weekends.

If your parcel is returned to us by the post office because you have not collected it and you have asked for us to re- send it, there will be a £5.00 handling cost payable before we re-send your order.

If you find that on regular intervals that you receive orders very quickly please do not rely heavily upon this as this leads to disappointment when we are very busy.

If something is missing from your order please double check your packaging before phoning as we sell many small items that can get hidden in packaging and very often the items turn up hidden in between something else.

Once you have double checked your parcel if the item is still missing please email Missing Items Dept.
Please allow 48 hours for a response not including weekends.

You are responsible for supplying the correct delivery address when you enter your personal details, in the event that your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address supplied to us by you the customer, no refund will be given until the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be given.

Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offense for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that could be used to harm others.

In purchasing from this site, you are accepting the terms and conditions on this page and certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16 years of age and agree to provide Kookykards with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.

Returns
When you order over the Internet or by mail order, you have seven days to evaluate the product in your home, if within those seven days you decide to return the product (unopened), you will be entitled to a full purchase cost refund, however this does not include shipping costs.
Note. These rights do not apply to software, digital or downloadable products.


If the product is faulty:

Kookykards will offer an exchange or full refund including postage costs incurred, The choice is yours.
Faulty goods must be returned before a replacement is sent.
