Orders are
sent out within three to five working days by Royal Mail post.
Orders are packed and sent out in the order that they are received. There is no jumping of the queue as this is unfair to other customers. If you have placed an order and not paid for it, it will remain in the system until it is paid for, it will then go out in order, it does not jump the queue once you have paid for it. Payment can
be made by phone, cheque or on-line. However be aware if you place an
order and do not pay it will not get sent out to you and then you may
have to wait 7 working days from the date that you actually do pay for
it. We cannot offer a next day delivery under any circumstances please allow enough time to receive your order. If you have a general query about your order you can phone or e-mail us but please quote your invoice number. Parcels are not late until at least 10 days have passed from the order date. Please always check with your local Royal Mail sorting office first before contacting us as very often the parcel is waiting for you to collect it. If your order is late and not at your sorting office after a full 10 days have passed then please contact by email Frank Dowdall If your parcel is returned to us by the post office because you have not collected it and you have asked for us to re- send it, there will be a £5.00 handling cost payable before we re-send your order. If you find that on regular intervals that you receive orders very quickly please do not rely heavily upon this as this leads to disappointment when we are very busy. If something
is missing from your order please double check your packaging before phoning
as we sell many small items that can get hidden in packaging and very
often the items turn up hidden in between something else. You are responsible for supplying the correct delivery address when you enter your personal details, in the event that your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address supplied to us by you the customer, no refund will be given until the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail. Please allow
up to 30 days for refunds to be given. |
