Are
my details secure?
Yes, more than many sites you visit!
Your contact details are stored on our own dedicated server, to
which only we have access.
We do not store your credit card details or even have access to
them, all on-line payments are processed by Protx
which are among the most advanced e-commerce
payment and security service providers in the industry.
You can now pay by Pay pal just select the express payment option
if you don't have a pay pal account don't worry this can be set
up later pay pal will contact you.
If
you experience a problem with either Protx or Pay Pal select cheque/money
order and checkout and confirm the order this means we receive
the order our end and you can sort out the payment when we request
it from you.

How
much is the postage?
The postage to the UK is £3.50
Southern Ireland is part of Europe and is charged accordingly.
We no longer accept foreign orders due to increases in postal
charges from Royal Mail. If you want to place an order with
us from abroad you can telephone us or email and we will give
an estimate of the shipping costs, however there will be an
administration charge of £15.00, you will also have to
pay the insurance costs.
Orders
to Southern Ireland are not affected.

When
Will I receive my order?
Orders normally leave us within 2 - 3 working days and take one
or two days to be delivered via Royal Mail or Courier, however
during busy periods please allow at least 10 WORKING DAYS days.
Orders with a high value are sent using courier.
You
can track your order from Your
account page.
Orders
can take up to seven working days to be packed, once you have
been advised the order is being shipped it will take 1 - 3 days
to reach you, therefore always allow 10 working days for delivery
of your order when selecting the flat rate of P&P of £3.50
If
you have selected 3 - 5 days option this means your order will
be packed in 3 - 5 days and shipped out to you as a standard parcel
this does not mean you will get delivery in 3 - 5 days from the
date you have placed the order.
We
can no longer offer urgent orders or next day delivery.
If
your order is a higher value order of £50.00 or more we
will choose to send it out to you by courier therefore delivery
can be quicker (we substitute this cost for you) , however it
is best if you allow 10 days delivery time for all orders.
If
you receive your order very quickly it does not mean all orders
will be received as quickly.
Please allow 10 days at all times when ordering and not leave
your ordering to the last minute.

I
have sent you an e-mail and had no reply?
If we have not replied to your e-mail the only reason would be
that we have not A. received it, or B. you supplied an incorrect
Email address, Please try again ensuring your Email address is
correct.
Mail servers in general are not 100% reliable to be certain we
have received your mail ask for a receipt to be given. E-mails
are rarely answered over weekends or bank holidays.

Please do not phone or fax complaints, your complaint will be thoroughly
investigated by the owners of Kooky Kards. This may take up to 21
days but each complaint will be dealt with properly and fairly.

want to add to my order
Unfortunately this is not possible once your order has been processed
and you have paid for your order, you will need to re - order we
are sorry that this is so rigid but this is how the system works
and there are no grey areas.

Yes, but only card/envelope products, use the contact
form to request samples. Please include your address and
double check the Email address you supply to ensure it is correct.

I
want to return some goods
When you order over the Internet or by mail order, you have seven
days to evaluate the product in your home, if within those seven
days you decide to return the product (unopened), you will be entitled
to a full purchase cost refund, however this does not include shipping
costs.
Note. These rights do not apply to software.
If the product is faulty:
Kookykards will offer an exchange or full refund including postage
costs incurred, The choice is yours.
